Welcome to Buzcast! This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Buzcast ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Buzcast application ("App") or its associated services, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the App immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the following criteria to use Buzcast:

• Be at least 17 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use the App.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Update your information to keep it current.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App for lawful purposes only.
• Refrain from engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Avoid uploading, sharing, or distributing content that is harmful, offensive, or infringing on others' rights.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the App.
• Using the App to spam, harass, or defraud others.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials within the App are the property of Buzcast or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content without prior written consent.

6. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at any time if:

• You violate this Agreement.
• Your actions harm other users or disrupt the App's operations.

Upon termination, you must cease using the App and delete any copies of it from your devices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• The App being error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
• The App meeting your specific expectations or requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buzcast shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits, even if we have been advised of such potential damages.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of California. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of California.

11. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
